To find the house you’ll need come through Burton Hills Country Park, then head down towards the church
Before splitting to the right at the fork in the road
And then following the road to the bottom. Just open the gates and park up in the space marked in the picture below
When you get to the gates press the intercom button on the right hand wall for entry.
The Keys will be in a key safe, the code will be sent to you on your arrival date
The gates open automatically on exit, just approach them slowly and stop before you get to the 2 little posts that sit either side of the drieway.
A key fob is included with your keys for entry during your stay. Just use the top button for entry.

- Early check-in from 13:00 is £45
- Late check-out to 12:00 is £45
Please leave the keys in the key safe when you depart.

The Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, oven, toaster, hob, Nespresso machine.We provide some basics such as tea, coffee, sugar & milk.The microwave is above the oven, just turn the left hand knob to the microwave setting (as below)
and use the heat control knob on the right to adjust the temperature. To change the time press the
clock button then use the +/- buttons to adjust the cooking time.
To use the hob, press the ‘on’ button (bottom left of control), then press the button for the element you want to use to heat until a number 9 appears, then hold down up/down buttons to adjust the temperature.
To turn off, either use the power button or press the down button until it reaches 0
TV Etc
There are 2 smart TV’s and DVD player, a small selection of DVDs are on the shelf underneath the stairs in the lounge. The TV can also be used for Amazon and Netflix as well as terrestrial TV. Please do not log the Netflix or Amazon accounts out to use your own! To access these services on the TV in the lounge just press the ‘home’ button and scroll to the service of your choice.To access these services on the TV in the bedroom just press the multicoloured square button in the centre of the remote control and then scroll across to the required service.

Heating
The heating and hot water works on a schedule, if you get too hot or too cold, or need additional water just use the ‘boost’ button on the programmer in the kitchen. Please do not adjust the schedules!

We offer archery lessons and alpaca experience onsite. You can find more information here
Other Activities
Right on the doorstep is Burton Dassett Country Park, ideal for a bracing walk whilst enjoying the views.Also close by is Warwick Castle; ideal for kids. Stratford on Avon is a short drive, National TrustHouses at Farnborough and Upton as well as the Compton Verney estate are great for exporing some historical landmarks. For the car enthusiast the British Motor Museumritish Motor Museum is just down the road.Jeremy Clarkson’s famous Diddly Squat Farm Shop is also a short drive away.

House Rules
We have very few house rules at The Grove, but it is our family home!
Parking is allocated for 1 car unless agreed differently by the hosts
Quiet hours are 11-7
No smoking on site
No additional visitors unless agreed differently by the hosts
Additional Rules for Guests with Dogs
When outside dogs should be kept on the lead at all times.
Dogs are not allowed on the furniture including the beds.
All dog waste should be bagged and disposed of (additional bins can be foud beside Grove Cottage on the driveway. (Blue topped for recycling, grey bin for general waste)
Dogs should not be left alone in the property
Animals
There are a number of animals on site at Grove Farm. The horses are all typically friendly, however they have strict exercise and feed regimes so please speak to the hosts before approaching them. Please do not feed them anything. There are also some sheep, Llama, chickens and dogs.
Out of bounds areas
The hallway is screened off with a partition, the area beyond the partition is private. There is also an old conservatory that you can see through the curtain in the lounge, this area is used for storage and isn’t accessible to guests.The track that runs downhill past the cottage is a private area; however if you need guidance on the excellent array of local walks please just ask!
